This agreement is a legal contract between you and Geph VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding your download, installation, access, and use of the App and related VPN services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization, nor may you misuse Geph VPN trademarks or content. We may adjust features, plans, or pricing for operational reasons and will communicate material changes where appropriate. You are responsible for device security and account credentials, and should avoid jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted software that may affect service reliability.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics or Firebase, for analytics, crash reporting, and core functionality. When those features are used, the relevant third-party terms may also apply.

Service availability depends on your device, battery, permissions, Wi-Fi, and mobile data connection. We are not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid carrier bills, weak signals, data limits, roaming costs, or local network failures. When using mobile data or roaming, confirm charges and obtain permission from the bill payer where required.

Users are responsible for their own conduct while using the service. We work to maintain accurate node, route, and client information, but third-party platforms, carriers, and network conditions may affect actual results. To preserve compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions where necessary. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate service where legally or operationally required; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Technical Issues: If technical faults affect service use, we will work to resolve them or provide alternatives. This does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided where accounts, license keys, or digital access have been shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We may update this refund policy for operational or legal reasons, and changes take effect once published.
