This Privacy Policy explains how Geph VPN (referred to as 'this Service,' 'we,' or 'us') collects, uses, stores, and protects necessary information when providing mobile and desktop VPN applications. We follow data minimization, clear purpose, and security-first principles.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect operational data needed to keep the service running, such as IP address, device operating system version, crash information, connection status, selected nodes, and approximate region. This data is used to recommend suitable routes, diagnose speed or compatibility issues, and send necessary service, security, or account notices.

We only transfer anonymous or aggregated data to trusted service providers where necessary, such as crash analytics, payment processing, or infrastructure monitoring. Except where required by law, needed to protect users, investigate abuse, or operate the service, we do not sell or publicly share personal information. After you uninstall the App, it will no longer generate new operational data.

User-provided data is retained during the account period and for a reasonable retention window. This Service is not intended for children under 13, and if such data is discovered, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and security review to reduce data risks.
